Well the Team Stray CDs are now in as well. They came in earlier than expected so that's awesome. Hooray for Icon! If you ever need CDs pressed I strongly advise you to use these guys. Oh, and you can order the Team Stray CDs here.
I will be attending the Insubordination Fest in Baltimore the weekend of June 28 so any orders placed after June 24 will more than likely not get mailed out until I return. All 3 Cold Feet bands will be playing the fest so make sure you come on out!
Alright, the new Steinways album is finally out. It's technically been out for a week, but I'm just now getting around to updating the web site. Thanks to everyone who has already purchased an LP and/or CD. It's up digitally on iTunes, emusic, and a bunch of other places too.
You can enter a contest to win a Steinways prize package over at Interpunk. If you missed out on a Tour Edition or one of the Gold/White mix LPs then you'll want to make sure you register.

The good news keeps coming. The Steinways "Gorilla Marketing" is at the plant now getting pressed. We should hopefully have all the CDs and LPs ready to go in 3-4 weeks. Big thanks goes out to Adam Alive over at It's Alive Records. If it weren't for him we'd probably still be waiting on artwork.

The new Team Stray album "Gender Studies" should hopefully be out by the end of the month as well. Surprisingly we're just waiting on the artwork!
The Steinways album has been titled "Gorilla Marketing" and the plan is to officially release it in late June at the Insubordination Fest in Baltimore, MD. However, they will have "Tour Edition" LPs on their upcoming tour with Dear Landlord. These will be limited to 100 and will more than likely look like shit. Hooray!

Good news. The Steinways have finished recording their album and I should have the Masters in a few days (I hope). Artwork still hasn't really started, but we're hoping to get this album out in April before The Steinways head out on tour with Dear Landlord and The Copyrights.
I just added two songs from new album on myspace. They are called "Senior Prom Jr." and "Attaching Transmittals To Erection Drawings". Enjoy!
Our first news update of 2008 is a good one! The Steinways are currently finishing mixing the new album and will be mastering it on January 30th. We have also decided to press the album on both CD and VINYL! We are however sad to say that It seems the artwork is going to be the culprit once again in delaying the release. Sorry!
We are in talks with a couple of bands from Cincinnati and quite possibly might be releasing a another CD and 7" in 2008. Hopefully more, but hey, it's better than our previous record of one release a year.

The Short Attention 7" is now back in stock. It has a slightly different cover than the original press. This time the tv screen is just static instead of the die-cut. You can order it here.
The Short Attention 7" is now being distributed via digital music stores. So far it's on iTunes and Napster and should appear elsewhere soon.

"Clever, Maddening, & Annoying" is just about sold out so I have stopped taking direct mailorders. If you want the 7" you can pick it up from Interpunk or Little Type. As of now Little Type hasn't added the 7" to their web site, but they should have copies. You can email Erika to verify.

Hooray for Steve Stamos! He gave the site a much improved makeover. It still needs a few fixes here and there, but I'm happy how it is turning out. You should check out his new band The Erase-Hers. They are totally awesome and have a 7" coming out on Rally Records in the near future.
The shows page has been updated with accurate information for The Steinways and The Unlovables tour. Unfortunately I'm starting to doubt I'll have the Short Attention 7"s read to go in time. I have the 7"s already, but still waiting on the covers to be completed.

The Steinways are going on tour! They'll be out with The Unlovables for a 10 day tour of the Midwest in April. Below is the tentative schedule, but check The Unlovables myspace page for updates. I'm hoping to have the Short Attention 7"s in before the tour, so if you catch one of the shows you should be able to pick up a copy.

 I suck, I know. The Short Attention 7" has FINALLY been shipped off to get pressed. I just gave my approval for the test pressings yesterday. Adam Alive over at It's Alive Records will be doing all the printing and will be helping out on some "trickery" we are doing on the cover. I'm crossing my fingers that it turns out ok.
